HSHTC have been providing a highly competent and reliable First Aid training service to the City of London since 2007. The trainers are consistent in their approach and address the needs of the individuals on each course. The trainers have worked with the Occupational Health Service to understand the diverse nature of the organisation and address its and the individuals needs. The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Catering Services Department have been using hshtc since 2004. During that time they have given training to our 350 staff in Level 2 Food Hygiene. They have also supplied Level 3 Food Hygiene and Professional Trainers Certification to our Supervisory staff.

The training has always been well received by our staff which is proven in a very high pass rate. HsH are reliable and flexible, providing additional support to any staffs that may have literacy difficulties. The feed back regarding the trainers and standard of training has always been very positive.
