If no, then this course is for you.
This twelve hour training programme, which complies with Ofsted syllabus guidelines, can provide you with the necessary skills to cover life saving aspects such as Baby/ Child Resuscitation, management of an unconscious casualty, to more every day incidents such as dealing with head injuries, nose bleeds, burns and scalds, and eye injuries.
The course syllabus also covers common childhood illnesses such as febrile convulsions, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma and meningitis.
Continuous assessment occurs throughout the course. Competent candidates will be awarded a Certificate of attendance.
Whilst principally for those who work with children, this course may also be of benefit and interest to parents, grandparents or anyone else who may take responsibility for young children.
