Work related violence is on the rise and employers have a duty of care to provide a safe place of work. This qualification has been developed to help organisations protect their staff.
The course is designed for all employees, but is especially relevant to "front line" staff dealing directly with the public, for example those handling customer complaints, cash handlers, reception or service staff.

The course is a six hour training programme. Candidates are required to complete a thirty question multiple choice paper, twenty correct answers represents a pass.
